We value the leadership and skills veterans bring to our organization, as well as their loyalty and integrity. NJR has a history of providing career opportunities to our military, including veterans National Guard and reservists. In 2022, our Heroes Serving Together Veterans employee resource group formed to serve as a place to support both our employees and our community.

Prior to my position at NJR, my Air Force experience has given me a unique perspective to view the world. Being a veteran has contributed to my successful career at NJR. Our company values different backgrounds and cultures and works hard to create an environment of belonging and appreciation.
