Westhoven

Stephen D. Westhoven
President and Chief Executive Officer
New Jersey Resources

Mr. Westhoven joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in November 1990. Currently, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of New Jersey Resources (NJR) and its principal subsidiary, NJNG.

He began his career as an engineer at NJNG before becoming a Director, and eventually Senior Vice President, of NJR Energy Services (NJRES). Later he was named Senior Vice President and COO of NJR’s unregulated businesses, NJRES, NJR Clean Energy Ventures and NJR Home Services before being named President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Westhoven earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from The Catholic University of America and serves as a member of its Board of Visitors. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Sean Annitto
Vice President 
NJR Energy Services 

Mr. Annitto joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 1996. With more than 20 years of energy trading experience at NJR Energy Services (NJRES), he’s designed and successfully managed financial commodity hedging strategies and helped grow its wholesale energy business. As Vice President, he oversees NJRES’ wholesale trading and marketing and manages financial commodity trading and hedging strategies.

Mr. Annitto received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson School of Business.

Roberto Bel
Vice President – Treasurer and Investor Relations
New Jersey Resources

Mr. Bel joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2019 and leads NJR’s treasury and investor relations functions. Mr. Bel has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance function.

Before joining NJR, he was Assistant Treasurer for Thomson Reuters and for Refinitiv. He also previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Thomson Reuter’s Latin American operations and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for General Motors Colmotores and General Motors Venezolana.

Mr. Bel received a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru.

John Bremner 
Vice President – NJR Midstream
New Jersey Resources

Mr. Bremner joined New Jersey Resources in 2019. As Vice President of NJR Midstream, he leads the team that manages NJR’s storage and pipeline assets and develops and executes new growth opportunities.

Mr. Bremner’s responsibilities include leading the Leaf River Energy Center, LLC in Mississippi; and, overseeing our interest in the Steckman Ridge storage facility in Pennsylvania. He will also oversee the Adelphia Gateway pipeline project in Pennsylvania and our interest in the PennEast pipeline project in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, which are currently under development.

Prior to joining NJR, John was the President of Flagship Energy Consulting in Houston, Texas.  He also served as the Director of Business Development for Enbridge and Vice President of Gulf Coast Business Development at Spectra Energy. He received his degrees in engineering and commerce from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Windsor in Canada.

Cradic

Amy Cradic
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Non-Utility Businesses, Strategy and External Affairs
New Jersey Resources

Ms. Cradic joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in February 2018. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Non-Utility Businesses, Strategy and External Affairs, she is responsible for providing leadership, management and vision to NJR Clean Energy Ventures, NJR Energy Services and NJR Midstream. She also oversees the company’s Corporate Strategy, Government Affairs, Communications and Sustainability functions. 

Before joining NJR, Ms. Cradic served the New Jersey Office of the Governor in several capacities, including as Senior Policy Advisor, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Cabinet Liaison before becoming Chief of Staff to the Governor. During her tenure, Ms. Cradic was instrumental in balancing state budgets and delivering policy agendas in regulatory, governmental and political environments. Prior to that, Ms. Cradic served as Deputy Director and Assistant Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Ms. Cradic holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The College of New Jersey, a master’s degree in mass communication from New York University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

She currently serves on the Board of Governors for Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University, the New Jersey Future Board of Trustees and Executive Women of New Jersey. She is also a trustee for the NJ chapter of The Nature Conservancy.

HartmanKeith Hartman
Vice President
NJR Retail 

Mr. Hartman joined NJR Home Services (NJRHS), the company’s unregulated appliance service business, in June 2015. In his role as Vice President of NJR Retail, he is responsible for leading marketing and product development efforts to grow NJR’s retail products and services in residential and commercial markets. With more than 33 years of industry experience, Hartman joined NJRHS from Ameresco Commercial Solutions, a leading provider of energy-efficiency and renewable energy solutions throughout North America, where he served as president. Prior to his role at Ameresco, Mr. Hartman was the chief executive officer of Willdan Lighting and Electric, Inc. and previously served as a consultant to New Jersey Resources, helping launch its residential solar business. He has also held leadership positions at Comverge; Public Energy Solutions; PSEG Energy Technologies and SLi Lighting Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Hartman received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the State University of New York, Oneonta.

Mr. Johnson joined NJR Energy Services in 2002 and was named Vice President of Corporate Business Development in 2020, where he is responsible for overseeing NJR’s business development that supports long-term financial and operational goals.

Prior to joining Energy Services, Mr. Johnson was the Manager of Northeast Assets at Amerada Hess Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the natural gas positions for the wholesale and retail business units in the Northeast.

Mr. Johnson earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.

Kahrer

Mark G. Kahrer
Senior Vice President – Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Energy Efficiency
New Jersey Natural Gas

Mark G. Kahrer serves as Senior Vice President-Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Energy Efficiency at New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), where he oversees all aspects of the company’s regulatory affairs, gas supply, environmental services, marketing and energy efficiency functions.

Mr. Kahrer joined NJNG in 2017 as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and was promoted to his current role in 2020. Prior to joining NJNG, he spent 34 years with Newark, NJ-based Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and its parent, Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). Throughout his tenure with PSEG, he served in numerous capacities, including Vice President of Finance for PSE&G and PSEG Power, Assistant Treasurer and Senior Director – Business Performance and Improvement for PSE&G and PSEG Long Island. Mr. Kahrer was instrumental in starting up PSEG’s corporate risk management function, lean six sigma efforts and was instrumental in the development of the performance metric program at PSEG Long Island. 

Mr. Kahrer received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Peter’s College and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Seton Hall University. He is a certified public accountant, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the current First Vice Chairman of the New Jersey Utilities Association Board of Directors and a member of the Advisory Committees of the New Jersey Utility Stockholders Association and New Jersey Energy Coalition. Mr. Kahrer was also a former member of the executive committee of the Board of Trustees of Saint Peter’s University where he also served as the former Chairman of the Board of Regents and former President of the Alumni Association.

Mr. Kent joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2013 and is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the risk management, internal audit, corporate security and procurement functions. He is an accomplished leader within the energy and utilities industry with 30 years of experience. Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Kent held various positions within finance and accounting at Constellation Energy, American Electric Power and NRG.

Mr. Kent holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.

MassaroThomas J. Massaro Jr.
Senior Vice President – NJR Retail
President – NJR Home Services

Mr. Massaro joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in June 1989 and currently serves as Senior Vice President – NJR Retail – and President – NJR Home Services. He is responsible for leading NJR’s unregulated business unit and integrated retail strategy for NJR. In his role as President of NJR Home Services, Mr. Massaro will oversee all operations and service activities and continue to grow the business. Since joining the Company, Mr. Massaro has held several positions in marketing, operations and customer service, including as President of NJR Home Services (NJRHS) from November 2004 to June 2005, Vice President of Corporate Strategy from June 2005 to June 2007 and Vice President of Marketing and Energy Efficiency from July 2007 to December 2015.

Mr. Massaro attended Drexel University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in June 1989.

He is a member of the American Gas Association (AGA) Communications and Marketing and Sustainable Growth committees. Along with his participation in AGA Strategic and Visionary sessions, he is also a member of AGA’s Leadership Council.  In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Energy Solutions Center.

Migliaccio Patrick Migliaccio
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
New Jersey Resources

Mr. Migliaccio joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2009. He is responsible for leadership and management of the corporate finance and accounting functions, including treasury investor relations, and tax. An accomplished leader and accounting expert in the energy industry, he worked for Public Service Enterprise Group and NRG Energy, as well as other energy companies in New Jersey, before joining NJR.

Mr. Migliaccio holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Migliaccio serves on the Board of Trustees for the Independent College Fund of New Jersey.

MullanAmanda Mullan
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
New Jersey Resources

Ms. Mullan joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in April 2015. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she is responsible for designing and managing NJR’s programs and strategies to maximize the potential of its workforce, including labor and employee relations, team building and training, strategic workforce planning and compensation and benefits initiatives. Prior to joining NJR, Ms. Mullan served as Director and Senior Vice President of Human Resources in North America for Willis Group Holdings, a leading global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker.

Ms. Mullan holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. She is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and holds a Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation.

She currently serves as a member of the 180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. Board of Trustees, New Jersey Salvation Army Advisory Board and OceanFirst Bank Advisory Board, as well as a member of the Human Resources Policy Association, American Gas Association and New Jersey Utility Association. She is the executive fellow for Rider University’s Center for the Development of Leadership Skills and serves on the University’s Women’s Leadership Council.

Richard Reich
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
New Jersey Resources

Mr. Reich joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in September 2006. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2021 and is responsible for developing and directing the corporate legal function and overseeing corporate compliance. He also currently serves as the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of NJR and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Reich served as an associate attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Troutman Sanders LLP, where he practiced in the areas of finance, securities and general corporate law.

Mr. Reich attended New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and went on to New York University School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Richman Ginger P. Richman
Vice President
NJR Midstream Services

Ms. Richman joined New Jersey Resources in 2003. Currently, she leads our commercial operations and regulatory functions at NJR Midstream to support the effective management of day-to-day customer transactions and activities. She also oversees regulatory initiatives and compliance and provides high quality customer experiences.

Before that Ms. Richman served as Vice President, NJR Energy Services where she was responsible for business development, strategy and expanding NJR Energy Services (NJRES) into new market areas. She also served as Vice President of NJNG Energy Services where she was responsible for all gas supply purchases for New Jersey Natural Gas to optimize its storage and transportation portfolio. Earlier in her tenure at NJR she served as Vice President of NJRES overseeing the transportation and exchange group, business development, strategy and expanding into new wholesale markets.

Before joining NJR, Ms. Richman served as Vice President of Transportation at El Paso Corporation in Houston. During her time at El Paso she focused on valuation and analysis as well as creating and leading a mid-marketing group. Ms. Richman received a BBA finance degree from the University of Houston - Downtown.

Vice President – Operations
New Jersey Natural Gas 

Mr. Sanders was named NJNG’s Vice President-Operations in 2021 after serving as Vice President of New Jersey Natural Gas since 2019.

With his extensive industry knowledge and pipeline management experience developed over a 20-year career at the company, he is responsible for NJNG’s distribution operations and customer service, as well as oversight of its transmission operations and gas control.  

Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He is also a member of the Northeast Gas Association, the Society of Gas Operators and serves on the Supplemental Gas and Transmission Measurement Committee of the American Gas Association.

Vice President and Chief Information Officer
New Jersey Resources

Ms. Shea joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in June 2016. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for advancing NJR’s strategic goals through the investment, planning and management of the company’s information technology portfolio, including information infrastructure, internet and business applications, end-user support and cyber security.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Shea served as Chief Information Officer at Godiva Chocolatier and as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger North America.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany. 

She currently serves as vice chair of the American Gas Association's Technical Advisory Committee, as a member of the Boards of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore and the Downstream Natural Gas-Information Sharing and Analysis Center (DNG-ISAC) and as a board advisor to the Georgian Court School of Business and Digital Media.

TSheaTimothy F. Shea
Vice President

Mr. Shea joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 1998, contributing his extensive market knowledge and industry experience to NJR Energy Services (NJRES).

As Vice President – NJRES, Mr. Shea is responsible for natural gas supply acquisitions, transportation agreements and the continued growth of the business.

Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Shea served nearly a decade in the natural gas marketing business, working for some of the nation’s leading energy companies, including Union Pacific Fuels and Columbia Gas Group.

Mr. Shea received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Valori

Mark F. Valori
Vice President 
NJR Clean Energy Ventures

Mr. Valori joined NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV) in 2010, and was named Vice President in 2017. He is responsible for the management, engineering, construction and implementation of multiple commercial solar projects and the execution of CEV’s project plan. Mr. Valori possesses extensive knowledge of engineering, finance and business development activities with over 20 years of experience in the energy field.

Prior to joining CEV, he served as the Renewable Energy Technical Director with the Honeywell/CSG Market Manager Team in the implementation of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, where he was responsible for managing a multi-organizational team consisting of renewable energy specialists, quality control inspectors, project managers and technical experts.

Mr. Valori holds degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology, Columbia University, New York University and the University of Pennsylvania. He served as an engineering duty officer in the United States Navy where he obtained the rank of lieutenant commander. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in business process improvement and implementation.

Vice President – Energy Delivery 
New Jersey Natural Gas 

Mr. Wyckoff joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in August 1989.  As Vice President-Energy Delivery, he leads NJR’s largest business unit with nearly 700 employees including all field operations, engineering, and system enhancement, and is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of NJNG’s delivery system and the continued expansion and maintenance of the company’s distribution and transmission infrastructure.

Mr. Wyckoff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in material science and engineering from Rutgers University.  He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.

He has been a member of the American Gas Association for over 20 years, previously serving as chair of its Engineering Committee, and serves as a director on the board of the Northeast Gas Association.
