NEW JERSEY NATURAL GAS TOPS J.D. POWER, RANKING #1 IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN ITS SEGMENT

WALL, N.J. – New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) is recognized for delivering award-winning customer satisfaction, ranking highest in the East Region (Large Segment) in the J.D. Power 2023 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. The company received top marks from its residential customers for its commitment to service excellence, outperforming its peers with an overall customer satisfaction index of 762— exceeding the average index of 741 among large utilities in the east and the industry average of 740.

NJNG also ranked highest in the east large segment for safety and reliability, demonstrating the trust its customers place in the company to ensure they have service they can count on.

The study is based on responses from 60,958 online interviews of residential customers conducted January through October 2023.
