New Jersey Resources (NJR) is dedicated to working in partnership with local organizations and community groups to embrace diversity and strengthen the common bonds we share. By working together, we can increase our understanding and appreciation of one another and enhance our quality of life through diversity.
NJR works with the National Conference for Community and Justice-New Jersey (NCCJ-NJ) to help transform communities to provide opportunities and be inclusive by empowering the next generation of leaders. Through the NCCJ-NJ’s Anytown Program, high school-aged students are prepared to enter diverse educational, work and living environments and not only succeed, but take on leadership roles to make a difference in their schools and communities. Anytown is recognized as one of the premier human relations and youth leadership programs in America.
