New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) invites students, educators, and families across our service territory to join us in inspiring the next generation of energy conservation leaders. Our Kids and Conservation Poster and Video Contests empower students to creatively show how saving energy helps protect the environment—and gives them a chance to win exciting prizes!

Who Can Enter: All fifth-grade students in NJNG’s service area, including homeschoolers.
How to Participate: Students create original posters illustrating energy-saving and conservation tips using 8½” x 11” plain white paper. Any art medium except clip art or 3D designs. Must be original work.
Submission Deadline: December 5, 2025
How to Submit:
- Email: Send scanned or photographed posters, along with completed forms, to contest@njng.com
- Mail: Send posters, along with completed forms, to NJNG’s Conserve to Preserve® Poster Contest, 1415 Wyckoff Road, Wall, NJ 07719
Prizes:
- A personal tablet*
- $500* for their class
- $1,000* for their school or homeschool group environmental class project
- $100* for their teacher
*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Begins September 8, 2025, and ends on December 5, 2025. Open to legal residents of New Jersey, who are fifth grade students in NJNG’s service territory at time of entry. Void where prohibited. For Official Rules, go to Official Poster Contest Rules. Subject to full Official Rules.
