Work/Life Balance Programs
Work/life balance programs include home reporting, alternative work weeks (10-hour day/4-day work week) and job sharing, part-time schedules, depending on business needs, onsite gym, discounts, PC loans and more. In addition, NJRU routinely hosts seminars on work/life issues such as college savings, elder care, insurance and personal finance.
