NEW JERSEY RESOURCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

05/17/2012 - For Immediate Release

WALL, N.J. – The board of directors of New Jersey Resources (NJR) has unanimously declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.38 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2012 to shareowners of record on June 15, 2012.

Downes, chairman and CEO of NJR. “The action taken by our board is an acknowledgement of our team’s dedication and commitment to providing exceptional value for our customers and shareowners. Once again, we were able to pay a quarterly dividend as we have done continuously since 1952.”
