NJNG LEADS THE STATE IN BUSINESS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ACCORDING TO J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES

J.D. Power’s Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study measures the satisfaction level of business customers of the nation’s 38 largest natural gas utilities serving a minimum of 33,000 business accounts. The results of the study are based on more than 6,000 online customer interviews. Responses were compiled between November 21, 2006 and January 15, 2007 and measured each utility’s performance using the following indices: billing and payment; communications; company image; customer service; field service; and price. NJNG also led the state in residential customer satisfaction according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study released last September.
