Through the American Conference on Diversity's Lead for Diversity Program, high school-aged students are prepared to enter diverse educational, work and living environments and not only succeed, but take on leadership roles to make a difference in their schools and communities. Lead for Diversity is recognized as one of the premier human relations and youth leadership programs in America.
