NJR works with the American Conference on Diversity, formerly known as the National Conference for Community and Justice-New Jersey, to help transform communities to provide opportunities and be inclusive by empowering the next generation of leaders. Through the American Conference on Diversity's Lead for Diversity Program, high school-aged students are prepared to enter diverse educational, work and living environments and not only succeed, but take on leadership roles to make a difference in their schools and communities. Lead for Diversity is recognized as one of the premier human relations and youth leadership programs in America.
